Provide a high degree of expertise in coordinating and implementing complex switching instructions and procedures in the field.
Performs initial troubleshooting to determine cause, whom, and what is needed to repair a power system disturbance and is expected to make on-the-spot decisions during power system emergencies.
Goes to the scene of reported power outages or power system disturbances, logs targets and reports same. In cases requiring immediate action, uses independent judgment to restore power or isolate parts of the electrical system which endanger life or property.

- : - Diploma on Electrical and Certified electrician

Minimum BSc in Industrial Safety relevant to engineering discipline from a recognized institute or university. Possess safety professional certification such as OSHA, NEBOSH Certificate or NSC Advanced Certificate Ten (6) years' experience in delivering industrial safety training and facilitating workshop is preferred. Hands-on experience in industrial safety management and oil / gas plants operation and/or petrochemical industry would be beneficial. Expertise in process hazard analysis, Emergency, response program, risk communication, risk assessment, qualitative / quantitative & Hazard communication. (6)Instrument Technician [PCST]

(8)Welding Trainer
11 Years’ experience as a welder working in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry, Power plants industry and Desalination plants Candidate should have served minimum 3 years apprenticeship or approved CITB training
Candidate should have hands on experience of SMAW method, welding of structural steelwork and Pipe welding of carbon steel, using both E-6010 and E-7018 electrodes for open root, fill, and cap, plate sizes up to ¾ inch thickness and pipe sizes from 1 inch up to 8 inch schedule 40 – schedule 140 pipe or BSc with minimum 6 years’ experience).
Candidate should have hands on experience in GTAW of Stainless steel, Carbon Steel and low alloy pipe welding of small bore pipe 1 inch to 2 ½ inch diameter.
Candidates should have been certified to 100% Radiographic standards in accordance with any of the following: AWS, ASME/ANSI, API, BS, ASTM Codes and standards for welding certification.
(9)Test Analyst
The “Area Test Analyst” is the custodian of the Online Testing (OLT) Rooms in his area. He works under the supervision of the Academic Principal and the area Superintendent/Asst. Superintendent. He will be responsible for handing tasks such as but not limited to the following:
- Monitoring OLT sessions and reporting related problems to the Academic Testing Group (ATG)
- Recording all activities taking place in the OLT rooms in a suitable logbook
- Preparing the OLT rooms for the testing sessions
- Displaying clear signs that all online tests are monitored through surveillance cameras.
- Handling unexpected technical problems during the testing sessions
- Ensuring that all video monitoring equipment is turned on and then switched off at the end of the working day.
- Keeping the Online Testing (OLT) room keys and OLT server cabinet/room in a safe place
- Preventing access to the OLT server unless authorized by the Test Group Leader
- Preventing all OLT room users from altering and/or exploring the settings of the student computer stations
Minimum requirements:
Candidates for this position should have a BSc in Computer Science/IT or a BA in academic fields, preferably in “Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language, or even Education”.
